Shipping & Returns policy

Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 14 days of receiving your package for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. Please note: all swimwear, jewelry, hair accessories, hats and body suits are final sale. 

SAKU New York will not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, or washed.

Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size color. Shipping charges are waived for the replacement package only. Returns are not available for international orders.

We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards. 

All SALE (PROMO CODE) items are FINAL SALE. Return or exchange request on sale items will not be accepted. 

We do not provide return shipping. Please send the merchandise back to the address noted on the form using any courier of your choice. Please retain a proof of postage until we have confirmed your return has been received and processed. Once received, returns are processed within 5 business days. Please note: Original shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.
